The simple and lovely design of the Belleek Tara Collection takes its inspiration from the intricate knot work found on the ancient Tara Brooch. The Tara Brooch was discovered in the 19th century near the sea in county Meath. It is thought to have come from the royal seat of the High Kings of Ireland at Tara. The pattern features smooth planes of the delicate china, beautiful embossed knot work and of course, Belleek’s signature hand painted green shamrocks.
