Corned Beef isn’t just for St. Patrick’s Day but it certainly is a popular dish this time of year. Try brining on your own this year, with this easy to follow recipe. This Grab-n-Go packet has your spice ingredients and a recipe card. Included in this meal kit is just about everything you will need to make your own corned (or pickled!) beef. You provide the beef (a 1 to 5lb brisket), the water and some brown sugar. Everything else is right here and measured out for your convenience.
INGREDIENTS:
Whole allspice berries, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, whole black peppercorns, whole cloves, cardamom pods, bay leaves, ground ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, pink curing salt and Kosher Salt
ALL NATURAL. NO ADDITIVES. NO FILLERS.
This packet has enough seasoning to flavor the corned beef for 5 to 10 servings. Prep time is 5 to 7 days. Cook time is 3 - 4 hours.
