The Belleek shamrock dinner plate is an example of the high standards in workmanship. It fits in perfectly with the other pieces in the Basket weave & Shamrock Collection. The Shamrock pattern is still going strong after over 100 years and remains true to it's original design, inspired by the basketry skills of Michael Maguire. The basket weave texture can be found on the 1.5" band around the rim of the plate. This gives the effect of greater depth and helps to differentiate the rim of the plate from the center. In turn this will only highlight the presentation of your meal, and as we all know, presentation is king! The basket weave is complimented by a decoration of Irish shamrocks. This plate measures approx 11.25” across.
