EFFECTIVE 9/28/2022 - WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP TO ADDRESSES THAT DIFFER FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS WHEN PAID BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Any order that has a billing and shipping address that differs, will be cancelled. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

If you would like to ship to an address different than the billing address, please choose the PayPal option.

 

ONLINE CURBSIDE:

WE NOW OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP! 

Place your order online and choose the CURBSIDE PICKUP option during checkout. 

Allow at least 24 hours for the order to process.

You may stop in during regular business hours to pick up your order. Or if you wish to stay in the car, call us at 631-569-5464 when you arrive and we will bring out your purchase!

All shipping is done via the USPS. Most orders will be processed and ship within 48 hours of being placed. (special orders, orders with extra time noted in descriptions, or orders with payment delays can take longer). Orders placed on weekends, days the store is closed and certain holidays will not be processed/shipped until the following business day.

 

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time.

 

*We cannot be held responsible for circumstances (weather conditions, zombie apocalypse, etc) which may delay your order from the expected shipping schedule.

Once the order has left our store and been passed to the USPS there is nothing we can do to change the order and we cannot be responsible for shipping times.

Please keep in mind there may be shipping delays and this is beyond our control*

 

Custom orders, such as personalized items or wedding rings, and clearance items, are NOT returnable. Please double check spelling and ring size before finalizing your order.

 

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately for instructions on exchanges/returns. All damage/defective claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Normal wear on items such as clothing or jewelry, is not considered a defect.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase from irishcrossroadsonline.com, or a size needs to be exchanged (excluding special orders) simply return it within 30 days and we will refund the item price (with a check by mail) or replace the product (if the item is still available). All returned items should be in original condition. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.

 

When returning any part of your order, include the e-mailed claims form we will send you upon initial return contact, and enclose it with your returned item. Please secure the merchandise to prevent any further damage in transit.

Please insure your return for the full value and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts. A traceable method of shipping must be used. We do not refund the original shipping/handling fees. We will not credit any cost of shipping that exceeds the original orders shipping cost: do not send your return packages via a costly express service.

 

IN STORE:

In store purchase returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days, with receipt and in the original packaging. Store credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS. You will receive a gift card with store credit if an even exchange is not made the same day. No return or exchange on clearance/final sale items, no return or exchange on personalized items. You may not return/exchange food items.
