The Hare is an animal of great importance to the Celtic people. At one time it was believed these creatures were magical & wielders of supernatural powers. Popular in Celtic legend and even making an appearance on one of the first truly Irish coins - the hare is a special creature. Today, the Hare is admired for its strength and its speed.
