They are quite delicious. Featuring a soft biscuit base, topped with a raspberry flavoured jam, two rows of piped pink marshmallow and it's all sprinkled with shredded coconut. Each tray contains a double layer so you’ll get plenty of sweet treats in each package. They pair well with tea or coffee - even taste great on their own. The 250g package contains approx 20 biscuits. Perfect for sharing or keeping as a sweet treat for yourself.
