The Celtic Trinity knot, dates back to per-Christian times and it comes to represent anything that comes in the count of three. Past, Present, and Future; Faith, Hope, and Charity; and Mother, Father, and Child to name a few suggestions. In later years, the symbol was adopted by the church and from a Christian perspective, this small but mighty knot can represent the Holy Trinity. The knot itself is comprised of one continuous line, meaning everlasting and eternity. This bronze plated ornament is nicely decorated with smaller trinity knots tucked into the ends of the larger design.
