The Celtic Triquetra or Trinity knot is a 3 sides symbol with several meanings. It stands for anything that comes in 3’s, as the number three is important to the Celtic people and traditions. Examples are: Grandmother, Mother & Child or Three Siblings or Past, Present & Future. It is also well known in the Christian faith as a representation of the Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit. This bronze plated plaque features the traditional knot, with a circle running through it. This adds to the meaning, making it one of the Celtic love knots. As it is will all Celtic knots - they can mean eternity or ever-lasting, as the line is continuous and unbreaking. This plaque measures approx 5.5”W x 5”H
