Sterling silver pairs with sparkling CZs in this Celtic cross pendant from Solvar. The Celtic cross is an iconic symbol- one that represents Ireland, Celtic Heritage and deep rooted faith. The Celtic cross is easily recognizable by the 4 arms of the cross, intersected by a circle, or halo. In ancient times, the cross stood for the 4 directions (north, south, east, west) or 4 elements (air, earth, fire, water). It was Saint Patrick that brought the Celtic cross into Christianity, and suggested the circle behind represents the eternal love of God.
This pendant is crafted from sterling silver and each arm is set with a sparkling white CZs. At the center, a dazzling green CZ is set. The design is very light & open, but sturdy & well made. The pendant itself measures approx 1”H (inclusive of the bale) by 1/2”W. It comes on an 18” sterling silver chain; chain features an easy to use & secure spring loop clasp.
